VOS Financial Services, LLC

In April 2017, Christopher A. Vinas, CPA, CGMA and Managing Partner of VOS CPAs, PLLC joined with Mark Reavis, MBA, and formed VOS Financial Services, LLC, a Georgia limited liability company, to provide financial advisory, debt and equity placement services to clients in Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, and New York.


Mr. Vinas has three decades of experience in public accounting and has specialized in the construction industry since 1989. As founder of VOS CPAs, PLLC, Mr. Vinas’ philosophy is to simplify the complexities of the financial requirements that face the construction business today. Mr. Vinas believes that VOS’s clients need to work with an accounting firm that carries expertise with unsurpassed efficiency; one that people can rely on and trust. Mr. Vinas leads VOS’s efforts in producing quality audited, reviewed and compiled financial statements and performs an in-depth technical review of work performed by VOS CPAs, PLLC well-trained professional staff. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the New York Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the New York State Board of Accountancy, the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accounting and the Georgia State Board of Accountancy. Mr. Vinas graduated with a bachelor degree in accounting from Long Island University’s CW Post College, New York.


Mr. Reavis began his career in 1982 and prior to founding Coastal Capital Advisors, Inc. in March 2006, his professional experience included tenures in corporate banking and CRE lending at Dixie National Bank of Dade County, FL, Resolution Trust Corporation as Receiver for Great Southern Federal Savings & Loan, Wachovia Bank and Century South Bancshares. From 2002 to 2006, Mr. Reavis was the Managing Director / CFO for Posada Properties, LLC, which acquired, operated and divested $75 million plus in apartment, office and retail properties in coastal Georgia and South Carolina. Mr. Reavis received his M.B.A. from Nova University, Davie, FL in 1988 and his B.A. from Armstrong State College, Savannah, GA in 1984. Mr. Reavis has served as Executive Director of Neighborhood Housing Services of Savannah, President of Coastal Empire Habitat for Humanity, Director and Loan Committee Chair of Community Housing Services Agency, President of the Coastal Conservation Association of Savannah, and Treasurer of the Armstrong State College Alumni Association. He was a founding director of the Savannah / Chatham Land Bank Authority, the Savannah Regional Small Business Capital Fund (SBAC) and the Coastal Venture Investment Forum (now Southeast Ariel Angels). He most recently served on the Advisory Council for Savannah Economic Development Authority (SEDA).
